What will be deprecated: Usage Report Monitoring or Admin Portal Usage dashboard?

Dear colleagues,

Some users has started to notice the following message when trying to view "Usage Metric Report" 

But I haven't found any official statement about the topic.

Instead of what it seems to be replaced is the Admin Portal Usage Dashboard

Does anyone have more knowledge about the fact?
