What the best way to share reports that are in different workspaces?

Hello,

We have several reports in different workspaces (for different departments) and the big boss wants to see all of them because he needs the global picture. He needs to have a kind of dashboard where he can see all the reports and click on one of them to see the entire report.

So I was thinking (but I don't know if this is the best way to do it) of creating a new report only with buttons where each button has a URL action to each report. Like a menu.

Is there a better way to have this kind of menu ? (remember the reports are in different workspaces)

Yes, this will be best approcach to have all the reports listed in same place.
