what if analysis in power bi for the particular item value in power bi

Item           Rate           Cost          Qty       

Sand           100            120            5   

Steel            250           200            3    

Cement       400            350           8

Here, I have to analysis item wise

Thank you for you replay for me,

Here, I have to apply the what-if for the particular item. If i have increase the Rate for the sand it should apply for it. Other it should not be change their value. 

Otherwise If i have increase the Rate for the Cement it should apply for that. Other it should not be change their value.
