Hi @lavankumar1989a ,

Like @nickyvv mentioned, currently Power BI doesn't provide the direct functionality to hide and show pages according to user.

Te most commonly used work-around to achieve this functionality is by creating a landing page, use a user secrutiy table and then use RLS.
In the landing page, the users will only be able to view the link to pages they have access to.

Hi @lavankumar1989a

Here is a blog you may find helpful.

Did you know you can now selectively show report pages for specific users in Power BI? - Reporting/A...

But as @nickyvv has added, it's not a strictly secure way by hiding pages and page navigation features. Based on my test, if I know the URL or page ID of a hidden page in a report or an App which is shared to me, I can modify the URL to see it. If I can make a copy of a report in an App, I can also edit the copy and see the hidden pages.

So if you want strict security, creating separate reports for specific users are better.

Hi @lavankumar1989a,

Just adding my 2c's. Though a good suggestion by @Anonymous, I would like to add that this is by no means a security measure, but just a visibility thing. So if they want and know how to do it, they can still access the other pages. There is (as of now) no way of securely hiding pages in a report.
