Visuals not showing in power bi service after refresh

Anyone help me to clear this issue . I have published the report into power bi service . I have set the schedule refresh . After refreshing few visuals not showing in power bi service . 

Kindly check the attached images for your reference .This is the graph that shows in power bi desktop .

 Below graph is in power bi service not showing visuals .

 Kindly suggest me to solve this issue .

If your dataset not only contains the Web data source but also the on premise data source, then it needs to use the gateway,  and then you may configure schedule refresh, see more: :On-premises data gateway , Configure scheduled refresh .

Note that you also need to select Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster option Under Gateway Cluster Settings. See: Merge or append on-premises and cloud data sources.

In addition, did only few visuals show only (Blank) or empty space or all the visuals in Power BI Service have the same blank or empty issue?

If just few visuals have this issue, it maybe the scenario: Power BI Service is treating/displaying Boolean values differently to the Power BI desktop. Desktop client shows Booleans as FALSE and TRUE but online it's displaying them as 0 and 1. So it is an issue having submit ,please vote the issue link https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Visualization-BLANK-after-refreshing-page-in-Power-BI-service/idi-p/139721/page/2#comments,  to improve the Power BI.

If it is the Boolean value issue, to work around this issue, you may switch it to 'text'  data type, or replace TRUE with  1 and  replace FALSE with  0 when using Boolean values.

Please try to update the Power BI desktop version to the latest version 2.71.5523.941 and republish the report to see if issue persists.

Hi,

By changing the Boolean value, TRUE is replaced with 1 and FALSE is replaced with 0.

works for me. I can now refresh the visual.

         Ihave checked the schedule refresh options and manage gateway , there is no issue in that part . Only few visuals not displaying in power i service .

Is it an imported model or direct query/live connection?

     It's a web datasource .Report has been already built . But , now only I'm publishing into power bi service .

It's not working .Published newly into power bi service  . Data is loaded from web .

it sounds like you need to set up a data gateway.  Can you refresh the data sources, do you see an errror in the data sets when you refresh?
