Visuals not loading in one tenant, but loads in another

Hello,

I am having a report which connects to an Azure Analysis Service (sitting in tenant A).

I also have a sharepoint file added to the report (sitting in tenant A or B).

If I publish the report to powerbi service for Tenant A, everything works fine. It doesnt matter if the sharepoint is in tenant A or B. But if I publish to powerbi service of tenant B, all the visuals give me an error message which says "Couldn't load the visual. Please try again later".

If I publish the report with just the model, or the sharepoint file in tenant B, it works fine. The mixed mode report will not work.

Can anyone help me out here?

Please check
1. Permissions for guest users.You can find this option by:

Open Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com)➡Open Azure Active Directory➡Select User Settings➡Selecting Manage external collaboration settings

2. Report connection mode and data source configuration in Power BI Service.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply and I am really sorry about the delay in response. I checked the first point and the settings are different for the two tenants. I don't have access to change them. But I will be connecting with someone who can and will update how it goes.
