Visual works on Desktop but not on Workspace after it's published

I have 1 visual on my report that is not working from the online workspace after I publish it from my desktop.  All the filter are correct, all the other visuals are working but 1 card visual is giving bad results.   Any idea what could cause it?

Hi there

Have you updated the App if you are distributing it via the App?

The other thing is to make sure that there are no filters being applied to your visual. You can hover over the filter icon to see what is filtering the visual.

Is this failing only in the report refresh or the dashboard refresh?

On the report refresh.   I have the gateway set up, connections are working but something is happening in the services refresh and I don't get error records.   My gut says it's not completing and all the troubleshooting documents don't have my issue.  I didn't get much help when I submitted a support ticket so still trying to figure out why it won't work on services but is working on desktop.

Hi there

I would enable the additional logging on the Power BI Gateway server.

Then make sure that you can see the data being refreshed when you refresh it from the power BI Service.

Then review the logs and look for details within the log file.
