Visual missing value after publish

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with online report.

One of the visuals is missing value after publish to service and refresh. 

I tried to download the missing value file and open in desktop, notice that one of the table is has no values. the report works fine after I refresh the data within this table. But data disappear again after i pulish online and refresh...

Anyone has idea of why this happend?

Hi @Anonymous ，

Whitch type  is your data source connection? If it is a Direct query, you need to configure the gateway.
