Visual from marketplace doesn´t work in service

Hi all

The company I work for has bought the visual "Filter by List" from marketplace. It works fine when I add it in desktop but when I´ve publiched, it doesen´t show I can´t even see it under visuals and can not add it from marketplace. this is in Chrome and it´s uptodate.

Weird thing is that everyone else can see and use the visual in the same report in service and so can I if I use an other browser or chrome on an other computer. Seems to me the problem lies with chrome but I can´t figur it.

Anyone?

It seems to be a browser problem. Log out of the login account, clear the browser cache, and then log in again .

That's weird. Have you tried to clear your browser cache? there might be some cookies there or something like that restricting the visualization there.
