Visual Settings not saving

Hi all - I published a file recently from PowerBI desktop to the online service. It uploaded with the visual headers not showing. I went to Settings for the report, toggled them back on and they showed up. Great! However, I close the window, open it back up, navigate to my report and it reverted back to not having visual headers.

The Visual Header is toggled on in the desktop version and all my other reports show their visual headers, so I'm unclear as to why with this report, it won't save my settings for each time I go into it. Any thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks!
