[Version 1] showing in App landing page

Quick one - why is the below [Version 1] showing?  How do I remove it?

What is this [Version 1] in the App? Is it a visual? Can you show more information?

Due to sensitive information, I am avoiding providing a larger screenshot.  If I can explain, the "Version 1" is showing on the landing page when going through to the apps section of PBI service.
