Values not showing in slicer for few users

Hi,

I have one slicer whic shows Topic names. I filtered only few topics in slicer and published to service and shared with users but few users seeing only few topics not all which i filtered.  But when pin to dashboard and sharing then all values showing correctly.

@Anonymous Have them reset their report to the default settings. The service automatically saves personal bookmarks and those can mess things up. So resetting to default usually fixes this kind of issue.

Thanks.. Can you help me how to reset to default settings. I am not seeing it.
