We are using a VNET data gateway to reach our Azure Synapse environment through it's private endpoint (It is behind a firewall and public access is disabled, we are using a Managed VNET in Synapse). We have followed the following steps to implement the VNET Data gateway:

Everything was working fine, untill recently we started running into errors. Scheduled refreshes now fail with the following error:

After some investigation it seems that this error occurs when we do multiple operations on our data. When we load in data into PowerBI as is, so in it's raw format, everything works fine. However, when we start to do operations on the data in PowerBI to correctly display data in the dashboard, we start running into this error.
The error message itself is non-descriptive to us, and we don't know what is going wrong or where to start debugging. We have verified that the VNET data gateway is implemented correctly.
Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.
