We have shared a dashboard with a table (table built with a lot of metrics) and people see different numbers for the same table, and they are using the same link and they have the same profile of data setting. 

What could be happening??

Are they refreshing their page? Dashboard tiles don't always update automatically without refreshing the browser. Otherwise, the only other thing that could cause it is row level security, which will restrict the data based on their profile.
