My company has Office 365, so everyone has the lowest level PowerBI license.
I have the Pro license.
I created a new workspace (not My Workspace), and put a report in there. I do not have the licensing ability to make it Premium.
I gave another employee access as a Member.
I have tried sharing it directly, and putting it in Teams.
Said user, that can open other PowerBI reports, is asked to upgrade to Pro whenever he tries to view it.
Should this work? I thought as long as it wasn't in My Workspace, I should be able to share.
Do I need to find a premium workspace (someone else in the company many have licensing for that?) to publish it to? And, if so - can I still publish as a Pro user?
Thanks!

@Anonymous No, if you share everyone has to have Pro or PPU or it has to be in a premium capacity workspace.
Ugh - thanks Greg. That seems to be what I'm seeing too. This solution just got a lot more expensive.
