Hello All,
Some of the users who are are trying to access Power BI report in PowerBi service are not able to see the data due to implementation of UserPrincipalName in RLS. We have observed that those users have two different email address in Outlook Contact Card (ex: Email: abc.de@microsoft.com & Chat : xyz@microsoft.com). In general, UPN() will take xyz@microsoft.com but users are logging with id "abc.de@microsoft.com" but PowerBI user profile is automatically taking "xyz@microsoft.com" . Is this the reason for an issue? Kindly help us here.
Can you enlighten me on how is that possible? Logging in as user1@email.com, but UserPrincipalName detects a different email eg. user2@email.com?
