Use the data in a report as a dataset for another report

Is it possbile to use a report as a dataset for another report.

I have created a matrix report with what I need my dataset to be.

I now wish to use this Matrix report as my dataset for another report. Is this possible?

For example the Matrix report is created by using the distinct count rules so in the end I get a list of distinct values given certain filters. I get a report like this.

ABC   1

DEF   1

GHI   1

JKL   1

MNO   1

Total 5

I basically want to then use this data and create a new report where I can then filter on different conditions.

Add a new tab by clicking + at the bottom
