Usage metrics per user instead of per report?

Is there a way to consult the reports each user views and the number of views?

That is, instead of connecting to a report and see the users of that report, select the user name and see which reports he views...

You can track users' activities through the power Bi activity log.

1. A Select Audit logs in Admin portal – Go to Microsoft 365 Admin cent.

2. In the Search box that appears, select Viewed Power BI report to search.

3. The search column appears, the information of each user, which reports each user has viewed, and can also be exported.

Hi. If the automatic report doesn't show, you can try editing it and check if the user column is there. I don't really remember if it's there because I never use it. Even though, the best way to do this and scale is getting data from the Rest API in order to manipulate the logs of the power bi usage in maximun detail.

The following documnetation is the request used by an admin to get the activity logs that will allow you to check the usage by user and a lot more.

The best way to scale this would be storing it somewhere because it only shows last 90 days. You can build an historic if you store it.
