Usage Report Question

Couple questions regarding the usage report.

For users to show up in the usage report, do they need to be members of the workspace that the report resides in? Other words, I'm sharing the report with people outside the workspace. Will those views show up?

What counts as a view?

Based on my research, you could share the report to the people outside the workspace, but the people you want to share need to have a pro license or the shared report in a Premium capacity You could refer to below link:

Hi there,

Yes they will show up, but it can take some time for them to show up as it is not instant. (I think from memory it can take up to 24 hours)

To me a view is everytime a person interacts with the dashboard or report.
