Hi,
If automatic refresh is disabled for usage metrics dataset due to invalid credentials(user who setup the metrics left), how can we enable it back?
Are there any REST APIs to enable Schedule refresh?
In my case, multiple users tried with taking over the dataset, updating the credentials, but it doesn't resume back the scheduled refreshes.
Thanks

Hey,
I had that in mind as workaround, deleting and then generating it all over again but I want to see if there is any other way to reactivate the refreshes without deleting the dataset because if we see the error it says "Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh".
Hi. If the usage metrics is the auto created report by Power Bi. You can just get your own and delete that one. Try it first. You can check this doc and turn it for the report:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-modern-usage-metrics
This will work if they were using this automated option. However if they have built a custom usage metrics, it won't work.
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!
