Url filter parameter: is it possible to use "notin" ?

I have the following url filter parameter. Now I want to use "not in" instead of "in". How do I get this done?

?filter=Po%2FPort_x0020_Identifier_x0020__x0028_source_x0029_%20in%20(%27Foo%27,%20%27Bar%27%20)

Hi Bluecar25. I'm sorry but you can't do a "not int" on the url. Here you have the doc of the url filters possibilities:
