We have been getting error messages when trying to update our Apps since 01/17/18 evening EST time zone.
The Included in App buttons disappeared I believe I noticed same period (I believe I noticed that).
Any clues? I put a ticket with MSPBI.

"Some users may be unable to view the "Included in App" toggle within the Power BI service. As a result, users may be unable to selectively publish a subset of content in the app workspace. While we're focused on remediation, users may be able view the "Included in App" toggle by adding the following query parameter to the Power BI URL as an alternative method: "appSelectivePublish=true".
