ESRI Map Legends in Size and Color Theme?

Is this in the roadmap? Now there is no explanation of what colour is what.

Currently, to see the legends for different colors, you have to go to Symbol Colors in In-Focus Edit mode. We can't see the legend along with visual directly. You may submit feature request on Idea.

Thank you very much Simon.  As you can see in the left Bingmap there is a coloured explanation
for the different subjects but it will not appear in the ESRI´s map to the right.

Still we use color bucket for categories.

You could add the stock map or chart in back of ESRI map with only the legend showing.  Sync up the colors and you are good to go.
