Undefined Administrator

Does anyone know the attribute(s) in AD that PowerBI (gateway) uses for the name display (undefined below)?  I have updated all the name fields.  It also could be a Cache issue so if you know how to refresh the cache on the gateway that might resolve the issue as well.

I tried to reproduce this issue, we cannot get Undefined Administrator user on Gateway page.

A lot of issues can surface when the gateway version is out of date.  It is a good general practice to make sure you are on the latest version.  If you haven't updated the gateway for a month, or longer, you may want to consider installing the latest version of the gateway and see if you can reproduce the issue.
