We are trying to create a usage metrics which can access reports/dashboards across multiple workspaces. Currently, we are only able to create a usage metric report to include all the reports in the same workspace (by removing the filter from ReportGuid). Can we do the same to include all the reports across multiple workspaces?
Hi @Swati_Chandak ,
I found a blog that might be helpful.

This seems to be possible with the paginated reports as explained the below article.

Also, please check if the approach mentioned in the below post helps you if you want to go with a dataset.

Did I answer your question? Give a thumbs up and accept this as solution!
Hi @_sfrost ,
Thanks for your response. I tried to create using paginated reports as mentioned in the linkedIn article. Downloaded Power BI Report Builder tool on my local desktop, right clicked on data sources and added Power BI Data Source Connection and chose the Report Usage Metrics Model. Similarly, built connection with data model in other workspace too. However, while tring to add dataset, when clicking on Query Designer, I am getting the following error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

The connection either timed out or was lost.
Could you help me with data source credentials for usage metrics model as my account login ID and password are not working.
Thanks!
