Hi,
since this morning (7/28/2017) I have three different kinds of issues related to Power BI Service.
These are the errors I get:
"Unable to load report": I cannot load all the reports across different workspaces, no matter what browser I use.
"An error occured while attempting to publish 'XXX.pbix': unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."" Thus I cannot republish any report.
"Failed to Load Group Content": I cannot open one specific workspace.
Please help me to understand where the problem is. And what i can do to fix it.
"Unable to load report":
It's not supported to load the reports across different workspaces on Power BI Service.
"An error occured while attempting to publish 'XXX.pbix': unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.""
This error is more related to your network connection. Make sure you can login Power BI Service from the machine where you create that .pbix file.
"Failed to Load Group Content":
It means you can't access that Group workspace, please let the Group Admin verify your permission.
Regards,
Hi!
Thanks for your reply.
I was not very clear in describing my issues.
1. I was not able to open any report in Power BI Service, not even the ones that I published my self and even if I have always been able to open them.
2. Again the problem was temporary and after a while I have been able to publish the report, without changing settings or anything
3. I was the admin of the group workspace I was not able to access.
All these problems disapperared but I really would like to get an explanation so that I know when it happens!
Best,
Ornella.
