Unable to load model due to reaching capacity limits

Yesterday til now, I have faced the issue of "

Unable to load model due to reaching capacity limits"

lyjavier_0-1729051007656.png

I went to the Monitoring Hub and see some of the semantic model have been automatically refreshed. So I went to their settings to turn off "Automatic dashboard tile and goal refresh"

but i've still faced the issue?

Did anyone get the same error like me?

Hi lyjavier

It looks like your Fabric Capacity has exceeded its limits to the extend where operations ar ebeing rejected entirely.

This happens when you consume more Capacity Units than your Capacity provides you, over a prolonged duration (Understand your Fabric capacity throttling - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn)

You need to either (a) disable some of your workloads (you can use the Fabric Capacity Monitoring tool to figure out which workloads are using most of the capacity (What is using up all my Microsoft Fabric Capacity? A quick guide to installing and using the Fabric ...), or you can upgrade your Capacity to a larger size from the Azure portal.

Hi @lyjavier ,

Based on the description, try to use a higher capacity SKU.

OR, reducing the size of the dataset.

Besides, you can also view the following document to learn more information.

What Jonvoge said is right. You will need to talk to your Capacity admin
