Unable to export to PowerPoint

Hi I am recieving the following error when I try to export to powerpoint. How do i resolve the issue?

When I tried to export the report from the online version to powerpoint, I recieved the above message, although I had exported the day before. However, I waited about 30 minutes, then restarted my computer twice and it was able to export properly.
