Unable to enable filters on Tree visual on the dashboard.

Could anyone advise how to overcome below issues:-

I couldn't enable Tree visual on the dashboard version, but it works fine on the report version...

Dashboards are not interactive.  All you can do is hover,  or click on the tile which takes you back to the report.  That means that any type of filter  visual will not work on dashboards.

Do you know how to get make the Dahsboard interactive? So all my filters and tooltips can work?

Your tooltips will work. Slicers will not work, but clicking on the tile will take the user to the underlying report. Educate your users accordingly.
