Unable to connect to the data source

Hello everyone!

Im having a problem with the Gateway Clusters.

now its showing this message that say Conneciton Successful and the same time  say that unable to connect.

Does anyone knows how to fix it?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Could you please try to refresh the report which use this data source and see if the gateway is work?

     

    If you remove and add this data source again, will you see this error message again?

      hi v-lid-msft 

      I refreashed again but is not working.

      apper the message bellow.

       

      But this problem is only with this aplication.  Others aplications is working normaly. Even appering this measssagem on all gateways that are connected  to excel files on my pc, the other applications are running.

        BTW, We suggest you to blank or delete id and path information in your picture.
