Unable to connect Power BI On Premise Gateway to an AWS MYSQL database

Hi, 

I am unable to connect the Power BI On Premise Gateway to an AWS MYSQL database.

I have entered all the correct information, Server; Data Source Type = MYSQL, Database name; user_id and password. 

I have also followed the Trobleshoot instruction of restarting and updated my Gateway and still not able to clear the error.

Anyone can help guide me to solve this error, thank you.

Did this work in the past?
Do you have a MySQL client installed on your gateway server?
