Hi Members,
I have a reporting requirement to render the report in the PDF format using URL parameters in paginated reports in Power BI. The Report renders fine and dowloads the PDF. But it would open the Power BI web page. My question is if it is possible to suppress the web page loading and directly download the PDF file. Let me know if there is any such option or solution.
Regards,
Sathish

Hey @SathishSarod ,
the simple answer is - no.
What you might want to consider is using a subscription: Subscribe to paginated reports in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
When the email arrives with a pdf attachment a Power Automate flow can be triggered, that detaches the pdf and uploads the pdf to a website, maybe a Sharepoint site, now you can create a link that can be emailed to users and the pdf will be automatically downloaded.
Hopefully, this provides some ideas on how to tackle your challenge.
Regards,
Tom
