We are Microsoft partner, and because of this, we must use 2 step auth in all our users. HOWEVER, the REST API that our dev team uses to send updates to all our clients is receiving one error, this error occurs only in our company because we are the only ones using two step auth but his may be enabled in our customers.
One more thing: WHY APP PASSWORDS ARE NOT APPEARING IN OUR OFFICE 365 ANYMORE?
Any solution for this?

In addition , as the official document said, App passwords should be used only for apps that don't support two-factor verification. And if you don't see App passwords as an option, they're not available in your organization.
