Troubleshoot Connection

Hi,

New to Power BI & dont even know if i have the right licenses.

I have managed to create and publish a report using my credentials and Power BI Desktop.

When I go to My Workspace I have a list if items but when I click on the Item that has a type of Dashboard, nothing appears.

 In addition, when I go to my Model Driven App after enabling Power BI Dashboards and go inside solution ans select new dashboard > Power BI Embedded. The Workspace dropdown wont allot me to select anything.

Could very well be I am missing some steps or am i missing a license.

Thanks in advance for any assistance getting this going. Not getting any error messages.

First issue, the dashbaord: I think your dashboard is just empty, you need to add tiles to it. To do that you have to open a report and pin a visual

Second Issue, the embedding: I'm not sure what's the screenshot you pasted, comes from power apps? I can't tell, I don't know, what I know is that if you want to embedd a report in your application you need a Fabric capacity. It's not a per user license. Thanks for your message @Gabry I have now pinned a report and that is now sitting in the Dasboard.

Oh I think the issue then could be also that looks like you published the report / semantic model into your personal workspace. Personal workspace is just for yourself. You need to create a new workspace then publish the report in it.

Also I don't know what you want to do with the powerapps, if you need users without powerbi license to use the report for sure you need a capacity. 
If not, the users will have a powerbi account maybe you can embedd in powerapps even without a capacity, not sure
