Hi all,
I'm currently exploring ways to enhance the refresh process for my dataflows and semantic models. Currently, I schedule these refreshes based on specific days and times. However, as my data sources become more extensive and complex, this approach is proving to be less effective.
I'm seeking guidance on how to leverage Power BI Service or Power Automate to streamline this process. For example, I'm interested in automating the refresh of dataflow Z once semantic model Y completes its refresh.
Any guidance, examples, or tutorials on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

I'm interested in automating the refresh of dataflow Z once semantic model Y completes its refresh.
Shouldn't that be the other way round? Are you saying you are feeding a dataflow from a semantic model?
You're right, I was just stating the complexity I'm reaching. But for sure I need to start from Dataflows to Semantic Models to create reports and dashboards. One important thing, I have nested Dataflows.
As luck would have it, Power Automate has a "When a Dataflow refresh completes" trigger. You can build flows that cover your sequence of events.
By any chance do you know where can I find documentation or tutorials for this? I have a couple of semantic models that need to start after 2 or more dataflows
