Transient issue

Hi All board members,

I'm getting one error while auto schedule refresh. Msg is-

The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

I would like to highlight that, I made connectivity to sharepoint location and kept on schedule refresh. but this error keep on coming. I really dont understand how to tackle this.. I got so many reference about this error but to be very honest none of the answer are in simplied way..

I request can anyone please give me step by step resolution on the same..

Most often this is transient and goes away. Are you saying it always happens, or sometimes happens?

There is, AFAIK, nothing you can directly do to fix it. It is supposedly a transient issue with the Microsoft service. If it is persistent, I'd advise opening a ticket at the bottom of this page. Support | Microsoft Power BI
