Hello everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with tooltips in Power BI Service. Until recently, everything was working fine — when hovering over a table, the tooltip would display correctly. However, this week, I noticed a problem: the first time I hover over a table, everything works as expected. But when I hover over another table, the data updates, but the view becomes blurry, and the message "loading report page tooltip" appears.
This issue only happens in Power BI Service. When using Power BI Desktop, the tooltips function as expected without any problems.
I've tried clearing the browser cache, using an InPrivate window, and testing with different browsers, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions for how to resolve it?

STILL AN ISSUE. 8th October 2024
New embedded report for a new client of our new client in their new PowerPages portal and this happens.
Can you elaborate on what early October means? It is still not on the known issues page to track any idea why it isn't up there?

Same issue on our reports.
I was also getting the blurry tooltip when the report was on greater than 100% zoom - switching off the "Tooltip size is affected by canvas size" setting fixed that for the moment.
But the toolip still gets blurry and shows the message for loading after the initial run goes well.
Exact same issue here. In addition to the tooltips issue in Service, any report that I have published to web also has trouble loading visuals in general, some do, some don't.
