Hi Community .. 

I have a server running the On-premises data gateway.

The data gateway link data from sqlserver2016, this Database it has  a table with approximately 60 fields and 6 Millons records .. when a update data from my work space https://app.powerbi.com/home the synchronization takes more than two hours, after that throws a timeout error..

Any suggestions to resolve the error.

HI @carlos_figueroa ,

This sounds like a network or datasource issue to me.  That does not sound like a very big datasource at all.  You should run a network tracing tool (like fiddler) and seeing what is blocking the data flow.  And, if it is SQL or a datasource that your organization controls, they should also check to see if they see you (or the gateway) connecting to the datasource at all.
