Time Out Error while refreshing on Power BI service

Hi,

I have created a dashboard with source 'IBM DB2 database'. I have 5 tables related as shown in the screenshot.

The tables contains data in millions,

Tables	Data
Table 1-	19 M
Table 2-	7 M
Table 3-	10 M
Table 4-	3 M
Table 5-	132

The report is published to Power BI service. we are using On premises gateway to schedule a refresh but it is getting failed after running for around 2 hours. The time out duration is also given as 5 hours in the data source. 

The same data is getting refreshed when we try it from the Power BI desktop. It is throwing below 'Time out error'

Data source error:

I have tried everything, but the error still persists.
