Tile value is updating in desktop but not in web version

Hi,

We have connected to the PowerBI Rest API to get meta data around our Power BI datasets, e.g. count of failed refreshes etc.

Let's call it our 'Power BI Admin Report'.

Further we've installed a personal gateway on the machine where the report was published. 

What's working: All values in the report Power BI Desktop are displayed correctly when the refresh happens on the machine.

What's not working: 1 single tile value does not refresh once the report is viewed in the Power BI web version.

This tile value is based on a column with the calculation:

IF(DATEDIFF('Refresh History (2)'[End Time Local],'Refresh History (2)'[Today],MINUTE)<60 && 'Refresh History (2)'[Status]="Failed",1,0)

Any suggestion why this tile value is not updating in the web version, but in the desktop version?

We fixed it ourselves.

What was the issue: The calculation of UTC-5 to get ET worked in Power BI desktop, but not in Power BI web service.

How did we resolved it: We simply took out the calculation and found a workaround to not have to use ET.

Hi @Daniel15889 

Do you mean all the other visuals updated after refresh but only the special one failed? Could you please confirm you enabled the  " Include in report refresh" option on the table?

Would you mind sharing your dummy pbix that I check it further?
