Tile Refresh Issue in Group

I created a group and designed a Dashboard by connecting on On-Premise Tabular Model. Then I added another user who can only view the Power BI Content within Group.

But when the 1st time this user login and go to group to see Dashboard then Tile just keep showing loading-2. But If user click any of the tile or go to report directly then reports working fine.

If I changes the user group security from "View" to "Edit Power BI Content" then Tile refresh for them.

Any idea if this is an issue or I am doing something wrong??

Regards,

This is a known issue and is mentioned in some other threads. Your workaround is one of the two known--the other is to temporarily make the individual user an Admin, have them load the dashboard, and then switch them back to view only.

Thanks @deldersveld. I used the same workaround 🙂
