Thermometer visual with RLS

Hello All,

 

I am using a thermometer (thermometer by MAQ software) visual for tracking actual sales vs target sales. I have set up traffic light colors through the range option.

 

It works fine, but if I filter it with a salesperson, the range does not work

Is there an option to achieve it?
