There is a lag in power BI app while refreshing the data which is connected to Sharepoint.

I have pro license and created dashboard report the data connect is through SharePoint and while refreshing the data it takes long time to refresh the data also once i publish to my workspace the other person not able to view.

Hi. Can you share more details about the way you are connecting to sharepoint? do you have any other connection? You might be doing something when connecting that takes time.
Regarding sharing with other people. Consider that "My Workspace" it's kind of a personal sandbox. If you want to build something for a company you should create a workspace to build something that will be hosted at company level and can be shared. Remember that there is a license. You and the people shared should have a PRO License unless you have a Premium or Fabric F64 license per capacity.

The other person needs a pro license to view as well, and they need to have the report shared with them. Data refresh speed with SharePoint can be improved by removing any columns you don't need from the query and using the 2.0 connector instead of 1.0 connector.
