The underlying connection was closed: Kusto and PowerBI

Hi all, 

can you pelase come with an idea how to check why PowerBI refresh has the following issue - 

The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive..DataSource.Error: <ccon>The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.. https://<hidden>.kusto.windows.net/v1/rest/query?db=<hidden>&csl=.show%20version. </ccon>. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.

I have every hour scheduled refresh via Logic app for refreshing a part of the dataset based on kusto data , and it works correctly in most, but it occurs we have this failure. 

no idea how to trace that. 

 

can you please give me a piece of advice?

Hi @Anonymous 

Every hour scheduled refresh!?

If you are under Pro license then the refresh can't go over 8 times a day. Also if the precedent refresh isn't complete in an hour then the following can return the error

Many thanks for your support, 

it looks a bit strange because this issue happends occasionally - for example now it's failing , but it did'\t fail yesterday. how can I trace that I don't know(

Thank you, 
but we are using Premium Capacity P1, and also it refreshes about 15 minutues, if it fails it takes aroung 30 min. 

maybe you have any ideas
