Privacy Setting causing failure when report is refreshed when Published.

Hi

I have 2 data sources. 
1. Sharepoint Folder
2. Business Central On-Premise

A test dashboard refreshes successfully when published. 
It also refreshes successfully when a column is added to a table in PBI desktop.
When a column is added with a merge in transform it refreshes successfully in desktop.

However, it fails the refresh when published.


I have set Privacy Setting on both tables to Organisation.

I have tried both "ignore" and "Combine Datat according to each source privacy settings".
I have tried many combinations.

It is successfully connecting in the gateway.

    Set both sources to the same level. Usually Organizational.

    Hi  JOntie9999 ,

     

    Besides the suggestion from Ibendlin,you may aslo try:

    1.Verify the gateway version is up to date.
    2.Verify the report has a gateway selected1. If there is no gateway selected, the data source might have changed or might be missing.
    3.Disable scheduled refresh. Publish from Power BI Desktop to the workspace. Check the report in the workspace. If this contains the latest data, run an ad-hoc request in the service. then check the report again

    4.check if the data reverted then you have something in your Power Query (for example parameters) that causes this behavior.
    5.Try publishing the report in a different workspace and refreshing it. If it works, you should remove it from the workspace where it was implemented and publish it again.

      I tried all of the above and still get the error below. I have now added the column in DAX instead of transform.
