Hello,

I am using OData Feed as the data source and I can refresh the dataset successfully on the PowerBI desktop. But when I publish this dataset on PowerBI services it is giving me this error:

Could anybody have any suggestions?

Hi @sonaliverma

Not all data sources are seen as native cloud data sources. That is why in this instance the gateway was required.

Hello @GilbertQ ,

I have created a gateway for the Odata source and now it's refreshing fine now. But I am not able to understand what is the need to create a gateway despite the source being on the cloud.

Thanks,

Sonali

Hi @sonaliverma

It looks to be like the oData source you are going to, the SSL Certificate is either old or is not current?

Can you also ensure when going through your gateway that the date time is set correctly?
