The reports doesn´t load in tablets (Ipad or Android)

Hi.

Since a couple of days, i´ve tried to open a report into differents tablets and users, although the dashboard is working very well, when the user open the report, two situations appears.

1.- ) "Can´t load js error".

2.-) The screen seems loading the report but it never load.

Some suggestions?

Yes, this also happened on my iPad for the first time this week.

The problem occurred when I pinned a section of an Excel worksheet (OneDrive) onto an existing Dashboard. I rectified the problem by deleting and recreating the dashboard from scratch.

Any particular reason for not using the mobile apps? Or the problem is with the mobile apps?
