Hi Friends,

 

Need some urgent help.

 

I am getting below error when i try to refresh my Power BI reports which are in Prod. Could anyone help How to resolve this issue.

The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

Is it working in Dev or UAT workspaces..? is there any other informatino in the error message..?

Till Friday report is working without any refresh errors. But Today Its not Working in any Environment

can i raise support ticket my Company Account or i need to raise with Microsoft account.

 

Because when i try to Login to raise Support Ticket it is showing message like

 

"This app Requires Admin's approval to Sign in or Read user profile"
