Hi Experts,
I am not able to access the Data Source Credentials in Power BI Service, Because of this I am not able to schedule the refresh.

Purushothaman, I fixed the problem on my end. What I did was go into my power BI report, and from there into the Power Query Editor.
Then the Data Source Settings showed that there was a rogue data source in there.
Once I deleted that data source (and the tables that referenced it) I republished and the Data Source Credentials were enabled for me.
1. Every data source that is not directly accessible from Azure needs a gateway. That includes SQL Server.
2. A gateway will only be selectable if all data sources from #1 have connections declared on that gateway. Connection definitions have to match exactly between Desktop and gateway.
I have the same problem.
I'm connecting to a sharepoint online library and a SQL Server DB as my data sources. I don't need a gateway for this.
