Text values not showing in power bi service

Hi @jayleny

I need data refreshed and Power bi refreshed date and time in Text box values

In my table, have those values in one column. I tried to get those values into power bi text box. which is reflecting the expected values in power bi Desktop. Like this, 

 Then I published the Report into Power bi Service. In the power bi service, those text values is not reflecting. shows like this,

I need your help to fix this bug.

After my test ,text box works fine on my PowerBI Desktop(Version: 2.128.952.0 64-bit (April 2024)) and service(Service version:13.0.23216.32)

You can try updating to the corresponding version to see if the problem still exists.
